Basketball Wives’ Tami Roman is being sued….and no, it’s not because she slapped, punched, or even drop kicked another woman. Tami is actually dealing with a business-related lawsuit. Yes, Tami does handle her business…or maybe not??
Creme de la Creme, a hair company that Tami agreed to endorse on Basketball Wives, claims the reality star didn’t follow through with her end of the deal. The company claims Tami stopped featuring their hair care products throughout the show, and began promoting her own line.
The hair company has been threatening to haul Tami off to court for quite a while now (since March)…but things have gone a step further. Creme de la Creme has asked the court to force VH1 to refrain from airing any shots of Tami in which she shows off her own line instead of theirs.
Tami may not have cared before, but now that her 15 minutes of fame is in jeopardy…she’s not a happy camper.
According to TMZ,“Roman goes on to claim that prohibiting the show from airing would affect “millions of people” and the harm suffered by Crème de la Crème “pales in comparison.”
Millions of people would be affected Tami?? Seriously?? There are definitely several fans of Basketball Wives, but I’m sure everyone would still sleep well at night if the show stopped coming on…
Tami also claims that Creme de la Creme failed to pay her on time…but I doubt it. She probably just saw an opportunity to make more money with her own hair line.
Those Basketball Wives can’t be trusted…
